Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number directly to your email within 24 hours of shipping your products. However, tracking number may not appear in time on the company shipping website, or some small package may not have tracking numbers.
You are able to return it within 30 days if you aren't satisfied. Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be in the same condition in which they were received. We will refund 90% sale price only. No S&H fee refund. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on all exchanges and repair.
