The lock works well. We ended up buying a few times due to increased number of offices. The lock is very easy to use and easy to install. Please remember to buy those RFID cards from them. Apparently not all cards are the same. =)

The support was great when called them or emailed them directly. The amazon email "contact seller" sometimes didn't work. However, if you go to seller's website "metechs.com", call their phone numbers and/or email them. They will promptly respond within a day.

Highly recommending this to anyone.
