i bought my first lock 10 years ago in Canada and its WORKED for 10 years in our tough winter. I was calling today to buy a new lock because the 0 Key isnt working as well anymore and the tech dept suggested i just change my lock code to not include a 0 and the lock should continue working for another 10 years and save me MONEY. AMAZING product i have lots of my neighbors using the product and most of their locks are 7+ years old with NO problems.. Amazing price and great product.
