Ordering, Shipping, and Returns

How To Order
 
Thank you for your interest in METechs products! We want to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you. We offer several ways to place an order: online though the website, over the telephone, and via email. 
 
To place an order through the website simply add item(s) to your shopping cart and follow the steps through the checkout process. Be sure to review the quantities and products in your shopping cart, and your shipping address prior to completing the order. You will know the total cost for your order before completing the order. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation number right away. You will also receive an order confirmation email shortly after you complete your order. Your order confirmation email will have the details of your order information. Double check and make sure that all information is accurate. 
 
Very rarely, some customers may have problems checking out with a credit card. If this happens try to input your credit card information again and make sure the card #, expiration date, and security code are all entered correctly, or you may try with another credit card. If the problem continues, it is most likely that your credit card company needs your authorization for the transaction. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you use your PayPal account to checkout, you have many other payment options besides Visa and MasterCard.
 
Shipping
 
We ship worldwide. We ship orders out through a variety of carriers and methods, depending on your preferred delivery speed, ordered products, and your shipping address. Most orders will ship out by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Postal Service. We may ship your order by a different shipping option than chosen when you placed your order; we try to ship with a faster delivery option to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. We offer overnight or express delivery for additional charges. For overnight delivery, please contact our office. We also provide special customized truck loaded shipping. If you need delivery to a post office box, usually the only option for shipping is Postal Service. 
 
We do charge shipping and handling fees for most of our products as our prices are already low. Shipping cost is calculated based on shipping method, item weight and dimensions. For large orders, the shipping calculator in the website may not be accurate, contact us for an accurate shipping quotation. Your order could also qualify for free shipping if you place a large enough order.
 
Please allow 48 business hours for your order to be processed from the time your order was placed. Customized orders may take longer than 48hrs. For an extra large order, the lead shipping time could be longer than a few weeks.
 
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive the tracking number from the shipping company via the email address that you provided during your order. If you do not see the email, check any junk email folder, spam filters, and virus protection folders in case the email has been quarantined. Tracking numbers may not appear in a timely manner on shipping company websites, and some small packages and first class mail may not have a tracking number. Tracking packages may be out of our control once the package has been given over to the shipping company. It is your responsibility to receive your order. If you are not able to receive package at the estimated delivery time by tracking #, you should contact shipping company with the tracking # to reschedule the delivery.
 
Returns and Exchanges
 
Your order is packed as carefully as possible to ensure no damage during transit. Contact us right away if your order arrives damaged. After receiving your package, examine it closely prior to using or installing the products.
 
We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product within 30 days from the day that you received it.  If you are returning the product for any reason other than damaged during transit, received wrong item, or a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Returned products for exchange or refund must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all items received within 30 days of the received date. We do not accept returns for customized orders. 
 
Reply to the order confirmation email you received when you ordered the item to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Or you may email us at support@metechs.com. We will reply to your email with return instructions and an RMA number. It will take approximately 24hrs during business hours before an RMA is issued to you. Your RMA number is then valid for 2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number issued by us.
