Ordering, Shipping, and Returns

How To Order
 
Thank you for your interest in METechs products! We want to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you. We offer several ways to place an order: online though the website, over the telephone, and via email. 
 
To place an order through the website simply add item(s) to your shopping cart and follow the steps through the checkout process. Be sure to review the quantities and products in your shopping cart, and your shipping address prior to completing the order. You will know the total cost for your order before completing the order. Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation number right away. You will also receive an order confirmation email shortly after you complete your order. Your order confirmation email will have the details of your order information. Double check and make sure that all information is accurate. 
 
Very rarely, some customers may have problems checking out with a credit card. If this happens try to input your credit card information again and make sure the card #, expiration date, security code, and your billing address are all entered correctly, or you may try with another credit card. If the problem continues, it is most likely that your credit card issuer needs your authorization for the transaction. 
 
Note: In order to avoiding credit card payment risk and high fee, METechs requires some orders to be paid with Zelle (our Zelle account email sales@metechs.com  and business name is METechs Global Inc.),  bank wire, ACH, or a check. The payment term is specially applied to international orders or the order amount are over $1000. 
Note to Canadian customers: our website default prices are in US Dollars due to a large percentage of our orders being from the USA. If you want to pay in Canadian dollars, please contact us.
 
Shipping

While we strive to process and ship orders daily, please be aware that shipping and handling may experience delays during the holiday season. Standard shipping methods, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS, could take up to two weeks, and the estimated shipping time is not guaranteed. Only express shipping comes with a guaranteed delivery time from the shipping company.
We offer worldwide shipping through various carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Postal Service, based on your preferred delivery speed, ordered products, and shipping address. In some cases, we might opt for a faster delivery option than initially chosen to ensure you receive your order promptly. Additional charges apply for overnight or express delivery, and for overnight delivery, please contact our office. We also provide special customized truck-loaded shipping. If delivery to a post office box is needed, Postal Service is usually the only option.
Shipping and handling fees are applicable to most of our products, given our already low prices. The shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method, item weight, and dimensions. For large orders, the website's shipping calculator may not provide accurate results; feel free to contact us for a precise shipping quotation. Large orders may also qualify for free shipping.
Please allow 48 business hours for order processing from the time it was placed. Customized orders may take longer, and for exceptionally large orders, the lead shipping time could extend beyond two weeks.
Once your order is shipped, you should receive the tracking number from the shipping company via the email address provided during your order. In case you don't see the email, check your junk email folder, spam filters, and virus protection folders. Also try to login your account to check the order status. Please note that tracking numbers may not appear promptly on shipping company websites, and some small packages and first-class mail may not have a tracking number. Tracking packages may be beyond our control once handed over to the shipping company. It's your responsibility to receive your order. If you're unable to receive the package at the estimated delivery time indicated by the tracking number, contact the shipping company with the tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

Your order is packed as carefully as possible to ensure no damage during transit. You should refuse to accept damaged packages or make sure that you notify delivery person about any damage if you accept the package. Contact us right away if your order arrives damaged. After receiving your package, examine it closely prior to using or installing the products. Fail to inform us within 3 days of the received date, we are not responsible any damage or missed items. 

We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your products within 30 days from the day that you receive it. If you are returning the products for any reason other than damaged during transit or received wrong items, you will be responsible for all the cost of shipping. We will mail replacement for any defect or damage items at our cost, however, the cost of return for refund items or defect items will be responsible by customers. Returned products for exchange or refund must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all items received within 30 days of the received date. We do not accept returns for customized orders. 

Note: For payment is made by PayPal, Paypal will no longer refund processing fees (EXPRESS CHECKOUT 3.49% + $0.49 ). If you paid by PayPal you may lost the fee when you quest a return for refund. We suggest that you do not use PayPal check out when you place an order.

Reply to the order confirmation email you received when you ordered the item to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Or you may email us at support@metechs.com. We will reply to your email with return instructions and an RMA number. It will take approximately 24hrs during business hours before an RMA is issued to you. Your RMA number is then valid for 2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number issued by us.
